[Reiyn]

Stop it! Leave me alone, Raidon! I don't want to go! The moon-hued f'mmora of whelpen status bit at her friend, blood-hued orbs showing her thoughts.

"Come on, Akina! We've come so far already!" The brute emitted, dodging Akina's sharp ivories. The only response that he got from his friend was a determined shake of her head.

No, Raidon! I'm not going to just go find another pack and forget my parents! Akina started to cry.

"Kina, don't do this. We've come so far... don't you think that they'd have wanted us to move on? Besides. we've no place else to go." Raidon said, sighing.

Home. We can go home. Akina's eyes flashed, both with anger and tears.

"No we can't." Raidon sighed once more before continuing. "The Kiri will have taken it by now."

Akina sighed. "I want to go home..." she whispered, speaking for the first time in two weeks.

Raidon moved towards her again. Akina snarled and leapt into the air, keeping herself aloft on what seemed to be a controlled tornado.

"Kina, come down. Please. We'll do this together. You can't stay out here by yourself, and I'm not going in there by myself."

Akina sighed again. Slowly, the tornado disintegrated, leaving her on the ground. Raidon nudged her and motioned to the entrance of the cavern. The two of them slowly walked inside; one prepared to forget everything, the other wishing to remember.

[Flame]

Kai stood up, having scented two in the cavern. She padded silently toward the scent, on guard. Even though she was part of the pack again, some habits from the time that she was alone haven't completely left her.She sighted the two wolves, and, staying out of sight, observed them for a while. They did not seem to mean any harm...

Kai slowly approached the two wolves, not wishing to scare them. She cleared her throat, so they would know she was there. "Were you looking for something?" She asked quietly. Kai still needed to get used to the title of Gamma.

[Reiyn]

Akina froze, hearing the voice of another. Her eyes explained her thoughts. It's not to late to go back... I don't want to go near this pack, Raidon.

Raidon continued to walk forward, ignoring Akina's uneasiness. Upon sighting the f'mmora, Raidon started to feel nervous as well. "Us?" he asked in response to her question. "Well..."

Akina shook her head, trying to imply that they weren't looking for anything, that they were just passing by.

"...we were looking for another pack." Raidon continued, giving Akina an annoyed look. "Our pack was killed... and we have no place else to go."

[Flame]

"This is the admittance cavern for the Blood Rose Wolf Pack, if you were looking for a pack," Kai said gently.

[Reiyn]

Akina, suddently fed up with the whole thing, snarled, "No! I don't want a new pack! I want my old pack, my parents!" It was the most she had said since she and Raidon had fled from the Kiri.

Raidon turned, startled by the sound of Akina's voice. "Akina, we've gone over this already! We can't go back to a place infested with DEMONS."

Akina let out a blood-curdling shriek and once again created her tornado. She leapt onto it before it could grow larger. Her anger fed it; the more she shrieked the wilder it grew. Soon it was out of her control. Akina's orbs were wide with fear, maw pressed shut. Another wild turn of the tornado and off she was tossed, flung to the ground, landing painfully on her side. Hiccups and tears erupted from her small form as the tornado started to slow. Blood trickled from a cut on the side of her face.

[Flame]

Kai jumped back when Akina snarled. "I didn't mean any harm..." She started, but by then Akina had been panicking. Kai stared, wide-eyed, at Akina and the tornado. When Akina calmed, Kai quickly rushed to her side. "Are you all right?" She asked, her eyes full of worry for this small femme.

[Reiyn]

Akina leapt to her feet, backing away from Kai. The small f'mmora moved to stand near Raidon, tears still silently falling from her face. Once again silent, she nodded in answer to Kai's question.

Raidon sighed. Akina had been having many panic attacks since that day. He could understand, but he wished that he could help. Nudging Akina, he walked foward, bowing his head to Kai. "If the offer still stands, I would like to become part of your pack." he said.

Walking foward, Akina made up her mind. Raidon was right. She couldn't just live in the past. "I... would also..." she whispered.

[Flame]

Kai was worried for the two. Demons....she thought. "You may still become members of the pack... if it's okay with the alphess." Kai said, looking kindly at the two. She walked toward the entrance of the cavern and howled to Reiyn, explaining in the howl that there were two wolves looking for a pack.

[Reiyn]

Raidon smiled and turned to face Akina. "It'll be okay, y'know." he said.

"Hnn..." was Akina's reply.

In her cavern, Reiyn heard Kai's howl. "Two of them? At the same time?" she murmered. She padded to the entrance of her cavern and howled back. "Bring them to me." the howl conveyed.

[Flame]

"Come on," Kai said gently to the two wolves. "Follow me, I'll take you to the alphess." And with that she left the cavern, looking behind her to make sure they were following. She led them to Reiyn, and said, "These are the two I told you about."

[Reiyn]

Raidon and Akina followed Kai, Akina looking around her nervously. Upon sighting the large cavern, Akina turned to run, but Raidon blocked her path. She turned 'round and continued walking, sighing resignedly. Both bowed their craniums respectfully to the Drappa.

Reiyn, once again seated on one of the ledges, watched the trio enter. Tsu sat at her side.
"Thanks for escorting them here," Reiyn said, motioning for Kai to join her and Tsu 'pon the ledge. Directing her gaze to the pups, she spoke once more. "Hi there. I'm Reiyn, Drappa of the Blood Rose pack. What are your names?"

"I'm Raidon..." the brute said, "...and this is Akina."

Turning to Kai, Reiyn asked, "Can you tell me anything of them? I'm going to have Kimika come in and talk to them, she's better with pups then I am." Before Kai could answer, the Drappa howled, asking Kimika to join them.

[Flame]

"I really don't know much about them. They turned up and said they wanted to join a pack, and that's about it." Kai admitted.

[Reiyn]

Kimika padded into the cavern, shaking snow off of her pelt. After dipping her head gracefully to the three 'pon the ledge, she sat down, watching the process from the side of the cavern.

Both Drappa and Beta Fae nodded back to Kimika. Reiyn spoke not long after her arrival. "Kimika? Seeing as you are one of our Lead Kappas, perhaps you could talk to the two?"

Nodding, Kimika rose once more, moving to sit near the pups. "Hi there. I'm Kimika, or Mika for short. What are your names?"

Tsu watched the Kappa and the whelps for a moment before turning to face both Reiyn and Kai. "They're just whelps... I wonder why they're traveling alone?" she asked, sadness for the two apparent on her face.

"I'm not sure either, but I don't like it. Two so young should still be in the care of parents. They can't be more then 6 months, tops." Reiyn replied, brow furrowing slightly. "Kai? What do you think?"

[Flame]

"I think that Kimika should take care of them. They seem to be alone, but, remember when Cain came here? He was younger than either of these two. And he was alone. So it could be very likely that these are alone." Kai felt sorry for the two. No pup should be without a parent. It would be beset for Kimika to care for them.

[Reiyn]

Reiyn nodded in agreement. "She is an exceedingly well trained Kappa, but, moreover, she is one of the kindest I've met." Orbs glanced at the three on the ground far below. "Tsu? What are your thoughts?"

"I must agree with both you and Kai. They seem to like Kimika already, ey?" Tsu said, smiling.

Below them, on the ground, another conversation was taking place. Raidon and, suprisingly, Akina were both smiling. 'Pon hearing Kimika's question, they both answered. Raidon looked at Akina, shocked. "You're talking?" he asked, amazed. A laugh and a gentle push were his only answer. Rolling his eyes, Raidon got up again. All this while, Kimika had been sitting there, smiling and slightly confused. "Why wouldn't she be talking...?" the f'mmora thought. Shrugging, she spoke again. "Want to play tag, you two?"
