"They won't hurt you. I'm sure. The thorns cover the entrance to every cavern in the terrain. All of these cavern are carved into the mountain side, and the roses just seem to grow across the entrances." Rein said.

"Okay, so I won't ahve to pass them every time I go anywhere, just the caves, right?" Arliss wasn't nearly as scared now, and she was even beginning to feel curious about how the roses knew who was who.

Rein nodded. "Yes, they only cover the caverns. The paths that lead to the other terrain sites are only visible to those in the pack anyways, so the roses do not need to protect them."

"Oh, okay!" Arliss said excitedly, nearly jumping up and down. She really shouldn't have had those berries, but she was hungry. And they had tasted so good...
"So, can I see the pack-lands-place now?" Arliss said and started to jump in place, grinning from ear to ear. She was acting like a pup again and while some part of her brain knew this, she ignored it in favor of the cooler, happier portion.

Reiyn smiled. "Sure! I have an idea, we'll take you to the Blood Rose Caverns. You can see the entire terrain from there, right Tsu?"
Tsu nodded. "Yeah. Well, the only thing you CAN'T see from there is the Hidden Caverns, but that's to be expected."

Arliss said hapily, once again wriggling from head to tail. Darn those berries, darn them! After a few awkward, silent moments, Arliss felt the need to talk.
"Soo... where is it that we're going?"

As they padded down the path, Reiyn smiled. Turning to face Arliss, she said, "To the Blood Rose Caverns. They're in the heart of the clearing; it's just up ahead."
Nodding, Tsu said, "The others, they should be there as well." After that had been said, the winged fae took to the air, flying ahead to notify the others.

"Oh, okay!"
Arliss said and followed. A random faery happened to fly by, having magically been created out of thin air.
"What the heck?"
Arliss asked, not comprehending the odd-ness of the situation. She sat down in the path, craning her neck after the faery.

Tsu, already seated 'pon a ledge in the large cavern, watched the entrance as she waited for the two f'mmoras to arrive.
"There it is." Reiyn said, motioning the the large cavern. It, too, had an entrance covered with thorns. "Remember, the thorns won't hurt you." Offering a smile, the Drappa walked through the covering of thorns and into the cavern. She leapt up upon the ledge and seated herself next to Tsu.
Located on a lower ledge, Kimika smiled and dipped her head to the Alphess. Gently, she nudged the three pups curled up around her, waking them and telling them to say hi.
Tsu began to introduce the others. Motioning to Kimika, she said, "That's Kimika, our Lead Female Kappa. The pups with her are Akina, Raidon, and Cain." Nodding to Kai, she continued, "This is Kai, our Gamma fae." Pointing again, she finished speaking. "Over there are Echo, Whisper, Faya, and Silmae, and the f'mmora coming in right now is Rosa."

Arliss wondered briefly where the faery had gone, but the thought was erased as she was faced with a multitude of new faces. And GAH! There were cubs! She hated cubs!
"...Hello..."
Arliss managed to choke out, despite the sudden urge to retch she felt.

Reiyn looked at Arliss oddly, sensing that she was not well. "Um... Arliss, why don't I show you the rest of the terrain?" she asked, knowing that Arliss didn't want to be around the others. Motioning for Arliss to follow, she walked out of the cavern.
