A cream shadow walked along, her tail flicking in the breeze. The breeze, infact, being generated from her paws. Or rather, paw. Her left forpaw was cerulean, and that was the paw generating the wind.
A smile played on the wolf's maw as she lifted her muzzle, golden eyes searching the skies. A few moments had passed before she lowered her muzzle, looking around warily. A cave was ahead and, since it was going to rain soon, she decided to enter. She had no idea that it was the Admittance Cavern of the Blood Rose Wolf Pack, or even that the land in which it was located was claimed by any.
Keeping her head low, as the stormclouds gathered in the otherwise clear skies, she moved at a faster pace towards the cave, paws barely touching the ground. As she sped up, getting closer, she seemed to hover. In any case, her paws certainly weren't touching the ground. Wind ruffled her fur as she flew -at a high speed-, into the cave, falling onto the ground inside. Tired, she yawned, her breath hanging in the cold air as the heavens opened up and rain poured down outside.

Reiyn had watched the fae enter, Tsu sitting next to her. Reiyn started foward, as did Tsu. Both femmes circled the varg a few times. Reiyn cleared her throat, attempting to wake the fae without frightening her. Tsu, not as good-natured, started to yell. "Oi! Wake up!"

When Reiyn cleared her throat, Horizon started to stir. At the yell, she leapt up, trembling. She lowered her head and tail submissively, clearly scared, and backed away, towards the cave wall. Not happy at being stirred from her sleep, she whined, trembling more than ever. Pressing her body against the wall, she whimpered, "H-Horizon doesn't k-know y-you two. W-why did you t-two wake H-Horizon up?" Her eyes were wide and fearful, oblivious to the fact that she was talking in third person.

Tsu started to speak, but Reiyn stopped her. "Who are you and what are you doing on Blood Rose lands?" Reiyn asked. "I am Reiyn, Alphess of these lands. This is Tsu, beta fae. She's harmless... mostly..."

"T-this is Horizon." She mumbled, indicating herself. Her eyes flickered from Reiyn to Tsu, her body still pressed tightly against the wall. "Horizon i-is sorry. She didn't k-know." The two year old wolfess stuttered, shaking like a leaf trapped in a tornado. Ears flat against her skull, she was showing she was not comfortable at all at being trapped like this. Occassionally, her eyes would dart towards the cave mouth and, although it was raining, she would wish she was still outside. Then she would return her gaze to Reiyn and Tsu, waiting for them to attack her. She didn't have much self-esteem.

Reiyn sighed. "Calm yourself, Horizon. Neither Tsu or I shall harm you. Do you know where you are?"

Horizon shook her head, still shaking, but less now. "N-no...Horizon was j-just looking for the nearest s-shelter from the s-s-storm." She whimpered, flattening her body onto the ground now, looking respectfully up at Reiyn and Tsu from that height. She was still scared of them; but then you would be if you were two years old and had just been rudely awoken by being yelled at.

Reiyn sighed again. "Calm yourself, Horizon. No one's gonna hurt you, okay?" Reiyn then turned to Tsu and said, "Tsu, try not to scare her, okay?" Tsu nodded. Turning back to Horizon, Reiyn said, "Unfortunatly, this is the Blood Rose Pack's admittance cavern. Those who wish to join my pack come here to speak with me or Tsu. However, if you wish for shelter from the storm, there are many caverns through out my terrain that I can let you stay in." Reiyn paused momentarily. "However, unless you choose one of the Sikla caverns, I will have to ask you to leave after the storm. That is... unless you have any intention of joining? In that case- well, nevermind. We can talk about this later." Reiyn shut her mouth, realizing that she had been rambling. "Come, Horizon. There is a safer place for you to rest." Reiyn said as she walked into the storm, closely followed by Tsu.

As Reiyn spoke, Horizon lifted her body up slightly, apparantly finding warmth in the older fae's words. "Horizon is thankful that she won't be hurt. At least, Horizon hopes she won't. She is sorry for trespassing, Queen Reiyn and Princess Tsu." The younger wolf replied, ears perking up at the idea of joining the pack. Even her tail began to slowly swing from side to side, and although she kept her head low in submission to the Alphess and Beta fae, her head and tail were quite a bit higher than they had been moments ago. "Horizon would like to join the pack. Horizon gets lonely, at times." Horizon murmured, eyeing the storm reproachfully. Even though she was slightly more relaxed now, she still had her guard up, and the idea of going into the storm did nothing to please her. Still, she followed Reiyn and Tsu into the storm, wincing every time a droplet of water splashed onto her scarred back.

Reiyn smiled. Already she sensed kindness in the fae's demeanor. "Please. Reiyn is fine." she said, still smiling. "You can call me Tsu. None of this formal stuff, okay?" Tsu said, a smile appearing on her face too. Reiyn and Tsu walked to the entrance of the cavern, Reiyn turning and motioning for Horizon to follow.

Horizon smiled shyly, her paws finding the crevices in the ground that Reiyn and Tsu created whilst they walked, ahead of her. She sniffed warily as they neared the entrance of the cavern, her tail swishing from side to side behind her. "Horizon likes Reiyn and Tsu. They are the first not to attack her..." Horizon suddenly stiffened, her face darkening, as though a cloud had just drifted in front of her sunny disposition.

Reiyn stopped walking upon reaching another cavern. When she heard Horizon speak, she turned to smile at her. "Why would we attack you? I mean, it is my terrain, but still. The admittance cavern borders on the sikla lands. There is no reason to attack those there." Reiyn said. Tsu nodded her agreement before saying, "Why others would attack you, I don't know. You're nice." A look of worry darkened Reiyn face as she saw Horizon's expression change. "Horizon? Are you okay?" she asked.

Horizon sighed, looking at the ground. Her eyes swum with tears, but she kept her muzzle pointed at the ground. "Horizon is sorry. She does not mean to worry either Reiyn nor Tsu. But Horizon got attacked by the pack that rivalled her old pack...her family. The Rival Pack teamed up with the humans. Horizon got scratched and bitten, and she was the only one to get away. Horizon has been chased away from packs since then because of her memories and what everyone calls her 'abnormalities'. She speaks in third person, and she witnessed the deaths of her family. The deaths of her friends. No pack wants to accept her and her memories into their midst. So she is shunned away. Horizon thinks of her family often. She wonders whether any pack will ever accept her...-" At this point, Horizon looked up, gazing evenly at Reiyn and Tsu "-Horizon is sorry for burdening Reiyn and Tsu. She will leave at once, if that is what Reiyn and Tsu want..."

Tsu stepped foward. "Horizon, you don't have to leave unless you want to. We want you to stay! We're not going to shun you just because of your past. Look at us, for example. Tsu and I both escaped from a 'laboratory' where they killed Reiyn's entire family and tried to kill both her and me. Rosa, another of our members, was of the Kin Taiyou pack, the Blood Rose Pack's rivals. We all have strange pasts, but that is what bonds us together. It is what brings us together. You do not have to leave the Blood Rose Lands. And you're not a burden." she said. Reiyn nodded her agreement. "I agree completely with Tsu. She's not one to talk, either, so she wouldn't say anything that she thought was untrue. She wouldn't say any of what she just said to they who neither deserve it or should have it."

Horizon looked stunned that Tsu had spoken to her after hearing what both said. She looked happier now, and her tail started to wave from side to side once more. "Well...if Reiyn and Tsu don't mind Horizon staying..." She mumbled, gently licking her pearly white fangs, her eyes as clear as a cloudless sky.
